WITHIN
BimboTech: HCVM (mc mf md gr) (new)  by The Sympathetic Devil
–3/5 (decent, not perfect)–

Haven’t been following this series, but I thought I should give this one a go anyway. Not bad from the start, while it felt a touch slow to get going for me. I liked this overall, but not completely my thing. Almost all sex really…

Planting Influence (mc mf) (new)  by Witchman
–3.5/5 (good, not quite earth shattering)–

Seemed a bit whiny at the start, but otherwise well written. Reminded me of Lovecraft’s The Color Our of Space early on, and especially the Karloff film it inspired (Die, Monster, Die). Also, Feed me, Seymour! Anyway, I don’t know if this was structurally intentional, but it appeared that every sentence functioned as its own paragraph. Made it flow a bit funky for me, like uncontrollably sliding down ice. In spite of the structural oddities, I did enjoy this.

Wendi’s Interview (mc mf fd) (new)  by John Carcosa
~~1.5/5 (poor +, need to be mesmerized to really like this)~~

Sure, Kent here wouldn’t know what was going on either, but still … Though technically straight forward, I found myself having trouble following this. I had to go back to the description, because I got confused who was interviewing who! Sure, I found myself skimming a bit, but I really wasn’t sure what was going on the whole time …
